The Dovecrest Collection Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting The Dovecrest Collection. We are truly grateful to have you as part of our global community. Because our shop features a unique blend of digital guides and custom-printed creations, our policies vary depending on the type of item you purchased.

Please take a moment to review our guidelines below.

1. Digital Downloads (Journals, Etiquette Program, & Parenting Guides)

Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital products, all sales for digital downloads are final. * No Refunds or Exchanges: Once the files are delivered or accessed, we cannot offer a refund, cancellation, or exchange.

  • Need Help? If you experience any technical difficulties downloading your files, accessing your course, or if you did not receive your download link, please reach out to us at hello@dovecrestcollection.com with your order number. We will gladly help you get access to your materials right away.

2. Merchandise (Handled via Printify)

Our merchandise is custom-made to order through our printing partner, Printify. Because these items are uniquely printed just for you when you place your order, we do not keep a warehouse inventory for traditional returns or size exchanges.

🪵 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your merchandise arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or if you received the incorrect item or size by mistake, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

  • How to report a problem: Please contact us within 14 days of your delivery date at hello@dovecrestcollection.com.

  • What to include: Please provide your Order Number and a clear photo showing the issue (the damage, the print defect, or the size tag of the incorrect item received).

  • Note: You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.

🪵 Change of Mind or Incorrect Size Ordered

Because every item is printed on demand, Printify does not support returns or exchanges if you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong size.

  • We kindly ask that you carefully review the Size Charts provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase.

  • If you have an absolute emergency or unique circumstance with an order, please email us and we will do our best to see how we can support you.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a merchandise order, please contact us immediately.

  • We can only cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been sent to production by our printing partner (this usually happens within a few hours of ordering).

  • Once an item enters production, the order cannot be cancelled or altered. Digital items cannot be cancelled once the link is generated.
